Hassle-Free Returns

If we happen to miss a significant sign of wear, please contact us by email at montvint.official@gmail.com, quoting your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos in good lighting.

Listing Errors

If a return is approved due to a listing error (for example, a significant flaw that was not mentioned in the product description), MontVint will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

If a return is initiated due to a change of mind, shipping costs and applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.

Return fees depend on the payment method used:

• Standard Bank Payment: 3%

• PayPal: 4%

• Klarna: 6%

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

• The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
